ROBERT KNIGHT
Robert is a Senior Partner of The Castling Group. He has extensive experience in banking, finance and business management, both in the US and internationally. Robert got his start with a state bank in Tennessee before spending over 15 years at CitiGroup serving in various markets in the Southeastern US all the way to Central and Eastern Europe. He now has over 24 years of business and financial services experience on multiple continents working closely with some of the best and brightest business owners, banks, private equity funds, hedge funds, and family funds. Robert enjoys helping small to mid-size business owners learn creative ways to take their businesses to the next level.
Robert holds a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and an MBA from the Haslam College of Business at The University of Tennessee. He is licensed to sell commercial real estate in the state of Georgia and has partnerships in many other states. He is a former pastor of 5 years, has owned over a dozen businesses, and has been on several boards.

CHARLIE PECK
Charlie is a Senior Partner of The Castling Group. Charlie has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in information technology and business management. Charlie started his career as an IT Manager for the Buccini Pollin Group in Wilmington, Delaware, managing the IT infrastructure for 85 locations and 400 users. During this time, Charlie also owned and operated several businesses. Leveraging the knowledge from these endeavors, Charlie later transitioned to his role as Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Procom Wireless where, prior to its sale, he oversaw the franchise expansion from 5 stores to 47 stores in 5 years.
Charlie has a penchant for leveraging technology to solve and automate real-world business problems. While Charlie credits most of his success in business management from lessons learned in his various roles throughout his career, he also holds a bachelor's in Computer Science with a minor in Business Management. In addition, Charlie is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
